Scheduled - Dear customers,

We will perform an upgrade of the software next Thursday 13th. We need to shake the servers a bit, so expect some downtime between 10:30-12:30. Do not worry, your Site Controllers will keep your data safe as usual until the servers are back online.

In this release, we include new dashboards for your data that perform lightning fast, reporting and an improvement in the general performance of the solution, as well as several bug fixes and some feature requests from our users. We are sure you will like them!

We are growing bigger, and therefore we are rethinking our architecture to offer you quicker release cycles and agile (even more!) changes. Therefore, we plan a 2 hours span for this migration.

Please do not hesitate to contact our help desk in case you need any further information or you find any issue after the maintenance period.
